THE IMPACTS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON BRAZILIAN FAMILY LAW

This book focuses on Brazilian Family Law: how was the dynamics of this legal branch in face of the problems of the various family arrangements, whether in terms of cohabitation criteria, custody of minor children or even in terms of food to be fixed, as well as the changes arising from the pandemic of COVID-19. As we will see, from this pandemic context, new needs have emerged in the relationship between parents and children, demanding from law enforcers a new way of thinking and seeking solutions to the issues raised in this area.
