In this globalization era, hospital as an organization has increasingly experienced a fierce competition in which hospital is required to create high quality services, focusing on customers as a consumers of hospital services. The quality of health care services to patients can be seen from the image of the hospital to create good quality health care services so that patients are satisfied with the services they received and vice versa. The image of a good hospital will impact on increasing the profitability of the hospital. Qualified health care is strongly influenced by human resources as the stakeholders, one of which is the nursing staff. The nurse as one of the health workers in hospitals play an important role in the success of health services that provide quality care for patients (Potter & Perry, 2005). Because nurses are the largest resource in the hospital and interact more with patients. And in providing nursing care, nurses as professionals have to provide services in accordance with the competence and authority given to both individually and as part of a team.
