The study was conducted to determine key obstacles to strategy implementation at the Social Security Commission in Namibia. The primary objectives of the study centered around perceptions of employees on the potential factors that might inhibit strategy implementation programs and explore alternative approaches that could better facilitate efficient implementation of strategic decisions. Literatures highlight implementation of strategies as one of the process in strategic management that presents various challenges to institutions, hence careful consideration of the execution plan is essential from the outset of the plan to ensure the success of the process.

Daniel S. Ndara é um Gestor Financeiro Certificado (SA) e um Gestor Financeiro experiente com mais de 15 anos de experiência no sector dos serviços financeiros. Obtive um Diploma Nacional (Comércio) em 1996 no Politécnico da Namíbia e, consequentemente, obtive uma licenciatura e um mestrado (M-Tech:BAD) na Universidade da África do Sul em 2010.
