The influence of a leader's actions on employee motivation

Leaders are one of the most important parts of an organization, because it is through them that the strategic plan is defined and problems that arise within the organization are solved in routine work. A leader's actions can have various impacts on different parts of a company or an employee, depending on the situation they find themselves in. As well as the leader, the motivation of those they lead is also very important, as it is from this that organizational objectives are achieved with greater agility, quality and reliability.
