The influence of change in the Organisational Culture of the Campus Sousa

The change implemented by Law No. 11.892/2008, which transformed the Brazilian educational system with regard to high schools, known until that moment as Technical, Agrotechnical and Federal Education Centers (CEFETs), as it promoted the integration of these schools throughout Brazil. In a special way, the Agrotechnical Schools, in a total of 39 (thirty-nine) units, lost the autonomy they had for being autarchies and joined the new management model. In Paraíba, the Federal Agrotechnical School of Sousa, which after the modification became the Federal Institute of Paraíba (IFPB), Sousa Campus. This change influenced the organisational culture and the organisational climate, modifying beliefs, rituals, values and despite being in an advanced stage, the organisation still does not have a real defined identity, requiring a more effective process of socialisation of the formal identity for this to occur.
