The influence of different styles of leadership on employees` jobs

Dubai city is one of the most strongest cities when it comes to infrastructure development Leadership is an influence process between leaders and employees where the leaders are trying to motivate and influence the performance of employees to reach the firm` strategic aims and targets, the success of any firm depends on their leaders and their leadership style on their staff, By recognizing the right and proper leadership style , leaders can affect their staff and force them positively to perform better and achieve the organization vision and mission , 10 different managers from two different construction companies and 50 employees participated in the survey .The results show that there are four different types of leadership styles that are affecting the construction company in Dubai city, which are team management leader is the most preferable style , Middle of the road management which is having a great impact on employees and transformational leadership which is a need in the constructions sector.These styles have a direct influence on staff' performances and their commitment to work. Team management styles have a serious and direct impact on employees.
