This book is as a result of long and dedicated research on the influence of small and medium enterprise growth. The study was done based on selected garment manufacturing companies in Kenya, East Africa. Innovation continues to be a great driving force in the growth of businesses today. The findings of this study suggest a very strong co-relation between innovation and business growth. Modern day entrepreneurs and business managers need to positively embrace the concept of innovation into their day to day running of businesses as this remains one of the most important gear towards business growth and success in general.It is our sincere belief as the researchers that this study findings will revolutionize the way people approach and handle businesses today.
