The information services of the Braille section at the PA Cultural Foundation

Breaking down the barriers surrounding accessibility is essential to enable these people to be included in the information society, because you don't just have to think about the physical changes to the library. We need to go further: we need to develop an awareness on the part of the people who work in information centres, a more inclusive way of thinking and let this be reflected in their attitudes. "For people without disabilities, technology makes things easier. For people with disabilities, technology makes things possible." (Radabaugh).
