In summary of what has been said, insofar as they are not contrary to the present Constitution, the legislative and regulatory texts in force remain in force until they are repealed or amended.The controversies concern the independence of judges, the Ministry of Justice and the Public Prosecutor's Office, which was part of the judiciary under the Constitution of 18 February 2006 and which is no longer part of the judiciary under the Act amending and supplementing the Constitution.
