The Judiciary and the view of children and adolescents

This is a research that aims to analyse the emergence and application of Law No. 13.431/2017, from its publication to its entry into force. One of the main objectives is to observe what benefits the law will bring in procedures where children and adolescents are victims and witnesses of violence. To this end, the law determined the types of violence in which children and adolescents will receive specialised care, some of which are institutional, sexual and psychological violence. In addition, the work shows some of the application of the new law in some states of Brazil. It proposes to demonstrate the process of school organisation, of professionals in general in the education sector and especially within the Judiciary. It is a beautiful reading.
