The KAP of Contraceptive By Undergraduates in Lagos Nigeria

A number of future dreams and aspiration are cut short due to unwanted pregnancy, abortion and the complications of abortion. The medical and non-medical cost of unwanted pregnancy on individual and the society is much. It then became necessary to study knowledge attitude and practice of contraceptives among university undergraduates. Safe contraceptives usage has become a major concern in our society of today if we are to achieve a reduction in mortality and morbidity associated with teenage pregnancy, abortion and the complications of abortion.

Dr T.S. Oguntona obtained his Bachelors degree before proceeding to the medical school to get the MBBS degree and a Masters thereafter. He is presently on his PhD. He has publications in both local and international journal and he is a lecturer in a medical school in Nigeria.
