The Latin American Group for Technical and Horizontal Cooperation on HIV

This is a final year thesis presented by the author in 2008. The text is the result of a two-year internship at the Ministry of Health's National AIDS Programme, in the Foreign Cooperation Unit and the International Centre for Technical Cooperation on HIV/AIDS. This work was followed by a master's dissertation on cooperation between Brazil and Mozambique.

He has a degree in International Relations, a master's in international cooperation & development and a PhD (2014-2017) in international relations from the University of Brasilia, with a visiting researcher internship at the Centre for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra. He teaches international relations.
