As a result of this revolution and to enhance community confidence in the use of information communication technology, many jurisdictions have implemented legislation aimed at addressing the legality and enforceability of electronic transactions. One important aspect of electronic contracting addressed is how an electronic document or contract can and should be signed. However, I thing the one who argues that anything created by human, the only one can breach is human is not necessary valid.
