The lexicon of the epic "Sly Princess" ("Malikayi Ayyar")

This monograph analyzes the etymological, functional-semantic and stylistic vocabulary of the epic "Sly Princess" interpreted by thefamous uzbek national poet Fozil Yuldash ugli.This monograph is intended for professors, graduate students,senior researchers and independent researchers of the Faculty ofPhilology.The main purpose of this monograph is to analyze the lexicon of theepic "Princess cunning" from a functional-semantic and stylistic point ofview. Based on the set goal, the following tasks were to be performed:- to divide the words in the epic into thematic groups and reveal theirlexical-semantic nature;- implementation of functional-semantic analysis of socio-politicalvocabulary in the epic;- historical-etymological analysis of anthroponyms and toponyms inthe epic;- the study of the linguistic nature of lexemes in the epic, representingthe administrative-territorial division and socio-political relations;
