Shiwei Zhang works in the School of Politics and Public Administration of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He is the academic leader of the first-level discipline, the leader of the second-level discipline of political science theory, the leader of the Master's Tutor Group in Political Science Theory, the first young outstanding teacher of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese Political Society, and Secretary General of the Shaanxi Provincial Political Society.
