Housing and utilities sector is directly related to everyday interests of citizens and is designed to serve their material and domestic needs in housing and communal services. That is why today there are high requirements for the quality standards of housing and communal services, provision of comfortable conditions and safety of human habitation. In this connection, the issue of management of residential apartment buildings becomes the most urgent.
