The Management of Modern Organizations

In Western Europe, prior to the capitalist era, the Middle Ages were characterized by a society in which knowledge was centralized in the hands of the Catholic Church, who mythologized reality while the rest of the population had to adjust their lives to these stories. After this historical period began a movement called the French Revolution, which gave birth to the enlightenment and / or modernity where men should make use of reason, these historical events mark how they think and manage institutions, where man has blind faith in social, economic, political progress based on reason and science.
