A brief definition would be that personality is made up of the characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that make a person unique. In addition to this, personality arises from within the individual and remains fairly consistent throughout life. An Institute plays a pivot role in development of the young generation. Although they requires an environment which gives 360 degree development but institute's management acts as an important pillar in this regard. The focus of our study in this book is how management of educational institutes influence in shaping individual's personality development. Our objective was to find out the impact of the facilities and activities provided by the institute for the overall development of the students. Education should be able to transform thoughts and behaviour. The present book is aimed to give a basic idea and subject matter that how the management of educational institutes are responsible for personality development. The book may help the educationists, institutes, teachers, Gurus who plays significant role in crafting individual's personality.
