The Mentors and the Proteges: A Phenomenological Study

The mentors and the proteges is a phenomenological study that uncovered the lived experiences of the mentors and the proteges in the MOVEUPS. This study is the chronicle of the different lived experiences that touches the lives of the mentors and the proteges. Ideas captured in this book are based on the real-life situation experienced by the mentors and proteges. Opinions from primary sources such as the mentors, the proteges, the respective teachers in the participating school as well as the school principal are quoted. Ideas from secondary sources are also included in support of the ideas presented in the book.
