The military skills of the Chief Executive

This work is the result of a series of researches carried out by me around the competences of the Head of the Executive in military matters. For its realization, I based myself on certain provisions and principles that comparative constitutional history offers us. I have taken a particular look at the constitutional systems of the French Republic, the United States of America and, in particular, the United Kingdom.
