The mine of Sissingué

Located on the Syama-Boundiali trench, in the north of Côte d'Ivoire, Tengréla is one of the least studied regions of the country. Due to the absence of previous scientific research, the mining research work of the Occidental gold company has been an important support. The geological and metallogenic study in the said region contributed to a better knowledge of the Sissingué deposit. Our work consisted of a detailed lithostructural study in the field and in the laboratory of some core samples, some rare outcrops and some flystones of the permit P145 and P146 of the Tengrela project.
