THE MODIFICATION OF A PUBLIC USE AQUATIC GOOD

In this proposal I will make a tour through the statutory precedents that regulate the subject. Thus I examined public policy as set forth in the Constitution of Puerto Rico and as explained by the applicable disciplines. We will award the alternative of qualifying the land gained from the sea as a public good, not subject to acquisition. In accordance with such doctrinal delimitations, I will highlight certain definitions to establish the Development Opportunities for the La Playita sector of San Juan. With the present summary it will be very illustrative to observe what other places of similar characteristics and situations have done. Finally, we will notify the way in which the maritime-land area can be acquired according to the state of law in force. Before the described scenario we will propose a solution for the physical development of this community.
