The modus operandi of emerging political parties

Free choice of political leaders is the hallmark of democratic regimes. Elections are regularly held to ensure the circulation of elites. With a view to enhancing the value of the people, citizens are called upon to choose from a number of candidates the one capable of meeting their expectations. This is because sovereignty belongs to the people or the nation in democratic states. Electoral competition is therefore a logical consequence of political pluralism. This explains the invasion of the political field by numerous political entrepreneurs, whose competitive capacity remains dependent on the resources they can mobilize. Taking part in an election requires considerable resources, especially when it's a major national election such as the presidential election. Presidential elections are a key moment in the political life of democratic states. It's the opportunity to choose, according to the rules of the political game, the main leader of the state. That's why it's so important.
