The book deals in its first chapter with the cultivation, trade, and use of drugs and psychotropic substances in Morocco. The second chapter studies the approaches adopted in Morocco to combat drugs and psychotropic substances, whether in terms of security, legal, developmental, or health approaches. The third and final chapter evaluates this experience in terms of the results achieved and the limits of success.
