The Neighborhood Concept

The idea behind this research was to find the gap between planning approach in residential plotting system. In most of the developing counties, know a day's everybody dream to have a house at major city. Lack of basic necessary elements like sewerage system, road network, basic health and education facilities makes the area even poorer than village settlement. Simply the area becomes concrete desert. This research will help to know the minimum requirement of site planning as well as good neighbourhood residential planning. A good neighbourhood planning is something which have basic elements in your area like grocery shops, good sewerage system, road network to every house, post office, primary school on walking distance, opens space for recreation, etc.
