The construction of a common market of services and high level intellectual services in the Cemac zone, saw the birth on March 22, 2019, of a new Regulation of immediate application on the exercise of the profession of tax consultant. This book comes back on it to make it not only an apology but also to make it more understandable and applicable in all respects.
