The Normative Status of the Precautionary Principle

The book scrutinizes and ascertains the normative status of the precautionary principle, a principle which guides decision making in times of scientific uncertainty. A meticulous investigation of the principle's status is thoroughly done in lights of treaties, customs, general principles of laws and judicial decisions.
