Nations are built by the imagination and untiring efforts of generations. Any organisation, society or even a nation without a vision is like a ship cruising on the high seas without any aim or direction. It is clarity of national vision that constantly drives the people towards goal. This study is an attempt to know about a physical education teacher, his organizational health, adjustment and various demographic variables.

Dr. Vikrant Mishra has completed his M.A. (Edu.), M.Ed. from Kurukshetra University.Qualified UGC(NET).He has been awarded the degree of Doctorate in Education by Kurukshetra University. He presented papers in many conferences/seminars, published papers too. Presently he is serving as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya's University, Faridabad.
