THE P.E.R.T. METHOD

The term P.E.R.T. stands for "Program (or Project) Evaluation and Review Technic", which means "Program" or "Project" Evaluation and Review Technic, or "Program Development and Review Technic", or "Program Scheduling and Control Technic".The PERT method is a conventional method used in project management. It is supposed to be able to logically represent and analyze the tasks and the network of tasks to be performed in a project.This research topic on the PERT method in the context of operations research in production and distribution logistics helps to better understand the scheduling method. Teniente Coronel del Ejército del Aire, Jefe del Servicio de Comunicación retirado desde el 31 de diciembre de 2019, ha realizado varias prácticas en Costa de Marfil y en el extranjero. Es Ingeniero en Logística del Transporte desde abril de 2016.
