The Palestinian Perspective for Monitoring and Evaluation of INGOs Aid

This book targets a very vital area and process to donor agencies, INGOs and NGOs, especially in the contemporary environment of the Palestinian NGO sector. Indeed, this research is one of the first studies that investigate the monitoring and evaluation of INGOs or foreign aid to Palestine. This book will study the Palestinian perspective in Islamic Relief Palestine (IRPAL) as an affiliate/field office of Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) who implements IRW projects in Palestine and IRW as an INGO and implementing agency of development projects for Monitoring and Evaluation of INGOs Aid to the Palestinian society in WB and GS by comparing their system with the international Model "Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool" (OCAT) which is designed by Pact.
