The ideology in this book was informed by interviews, focus group discussions and documentary review methods facilitate the data collection process. The higher education system and policy context has feasible policies and plans that support the development of research in the country's universities. However, the moilo land and Crown land policy context lacks proper mechanisms to engender practical development in Interclustrine region.
