The Peaceful Usage of Outer Space

This work gives a short historical overview
concerning the evolution of space technology,
followed by an elaboration of the current
international legal and organisational framework
regulating primarily peaceful (incl. commercial)
usage of outer space. The main part focuses on the
European Union s position towards the outer space
undertaking and its chances stemming therefrom for
continuous economic competitiveness, social coherence
and political integrity of the Union.

at the IMC - University of Applied Sciences in Krems. Today she
lives and works in Salzburg.
