THE PEARLS OF STATISTICS

The main objective behind is to provide a book which gives sufficient information of the statisticians who contribute and brought a great revolution to give a new shape and definition to the subject Statistics and became the subject common to all fields of research and made an interdisciplinary subject.The another objective is to make the study of Statistics interesting among youngs including UG, PG and Research students by providing the information of the maker of Statistics. This book will also helpful to the teachers of UG/PG during teaching the topics like distributions/theorems/formulae/properties/etc by giving additional information of their inventor/ creator/ designer. Thus book will play a role of supplement for the teachers during teaching in the classroom. The book will also be useful for the students in their competitive examination, interviews, quiz competition, essay competitions etc. Therefore, it is an attempt to bring the biography of the persons who contributes their life for the field of STATISTICS and makes great effort to become the subject popular in the research, academic and social science.

Dr Vishal Pajankar, Nagpur India. MSc: Universidad de Amravati, Amravati. Doctorado: Universidad de Nagpur, Nagpur. Profesor asistente en el NCERT, Nueva Delhi. Ha realizado 3 proyectos de investigación. Ha publicado 18 artículos de investigación en revistas nacionales e internacionales. Ha supervisado a una docena de estudiantes de posgrado y de investigación. Actualmente participa en un proyecto nacional como coordinador regional.
