This book discusses the phenomenon of distraction by phone, known as the phenomenon of Phubbing , where it highlights the impact of this phenomenon on the prevailing organizational behavior in educational organizations, on the grounds that the organizational relationship that links the top management with the workers must be based on interaction and continuous communication, and in the event that the top management is distracted by Communication with lower administrations will generate a state of estrangement, when organizational conflicts will appear, organizational diseases will spread, and an unhealthy organizational climate prevails. Therefore, this book comes to present the impact of the phenomenon of Phubbing on the prevailing organizational behavior in educational organizations and its consequences.
