Attie schrijft haar hele leven al. Het heeft haar altijd geholpen om de zwaarte van het leven te relativeren. Attie is een verhalenvertelster. Die van zichzelf maar ook die van anderen. Er verscheen ook een erotische roman van haar had en een verhaal over misbruik in romanvorm.
