The Practice of Guanxi by Business to the Government in Taiwan

When a society, such as Hong Kong or Taiwan, develops a stable, legal and regulatory environment, beside cultural heritage, some of cultural components, for example, guanxi (or interpersonal relationship), would become less important to gain public resources. However, the reality in Taiwan is that the practice of guanxi is still very conventional by certain cultural ways.
