The problem of inconsistency between law enforcement practice and labour law

This book addresses a very significant problem concerning conflicts and gaps in the current labour legislation. At the moment, media reports, statistical data of control and supervisory bodies on compliance with labour legislation and other regulatory and legal acts containing norms of labour law still indicate very unfavourable trends in the field of observance of labour rights of citizens.
