The production of handmade ceramics in North Cameroon

Ceramic production is an artisanal activity. It enables producers to make a living and is considered an income-generating activity. This study highlights local production in the arrondissement of Moutourwa, showing the work of artisans, and the uses and impacts of ceramic production. To better understand our subject, we have adopted a diachronic and deductive approach to this administrative unit. The results of this research show that ceramics production is one of the most important activities in the Moutourwa district.
