THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE YOUNG APPRENTICE

This work is about youth, profession, and the labor market. The young person is surrounded by many desires for the development of his or her own existence. In this sense formal education, with all its infrastructure, has as its objective, to lead this youth to the development of a country with all the complex issues of society. In the formation of basic education, there are itineraries of professional training, which many young people can choose to receive a qualification, with the objective of insertion in the labor market in a more qualified way and with competence. These trainings come in the sense of accelerating technological knowledge, allied to the labor market's demand for prepared professionals.The young apprentice modality, is an important training by proposing technological training, and the space in the labor market for the development of technical training. These young people will be able to get a job opportunity with a training, performing a theoretical and practical training space.
