This book has been developed to emphasize the significance of recognition of the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world.Whereas it is essential if a man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law.

Dr. Anand Kumar Varma Sibyala received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati and is currently working as Professor & Head, Deptartment of Civil Engineering, in E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College, Nagapattinam, Tamilnadu, India. He has 20 years of teaching, 5 years of research and 3 years of industrial experience.
