The protection of simple tenure in the Province of Tucumán

This paper aims to address some of the most pressing issues currently facing the protection of simple possession in the province of Tucumán. Special emphasis will be placed on rural protection governed by Article 40 of Provincial Law 4,815 on proceedings before the Justice of the Peace, and that governed by Law 7,365 on the Justice of the Peace. Comparing it with the protection of simple possession of urban property regulated by the Civil and Commercial Procedural Code of Tucumán, in particular, the relationship with the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation will be verified, adding for each case the relevant provincial case law.
