It deals with THEORETICAL CONCEPTS and different visions of professionals from different intellectual disciplines and testimonies of producers and journalists, of the psychological factors that move television viewers to choose banal, trivial, biodegradable programming, and at the same time complain about it. They give ratings and then publicly criticise the content, especially on free (non-paying) television channels.
