Recruitment is an essential process in the life of any company. Sometimes neglected, it is nevertheless a long-term commitment for the organisation. The ideal situation is to have "the right person in the right place". Resources play a central role in the life of an organisation, and it is important to surround yourself with employees who have the cognitive abilities, skills and personality that are best suited to the position to be filled, in order to maximise the effectiveness of the organisation's human resources. Furthermore, recruitment has significant financial implications. Although companies are generally confronted with the practice or experience of recruitment, the fact remains that some of them manage to get the best out of the game through a better policy of staff acquisition and monitoring.
