The relation between the 92CLC and 92FUND Convention

This book has the objective to analyze how the 92 International Convention in Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage (92 CLC) and the 92 International Convention of the Establishment of an International Fund for compensation for Oil Pollution Damage (92 FUND)functionally interact between each other in a way that it will always be more beneficial to a country to be a State Party of both in order to have a more appropriate regime for liability in case of oil pollution damage considering, that serious damage can be caused in the sea as it may be detrimental to tourist activities, governmental activities, exploitation activities, living resources, economic activities in general or to marine scientific research.
