The Relationship Between the E.C.I., Stare Decisis and Judicial Activism

The E.C.I. has in its acronym three words that alert us to the factual and existing seriousness of the national legal system and its adequate and fair applicability, which are: STATE: characteristics observed in things and their conditioning factors at a given and analysed moment. THING: what is considered to be the reliable concreteness of a concrete legal fact. UNCONSTITUTIONAL: anything that goes against the National Constitution.
