The right to education of children with disabilities in Uganda

Disabilty is not inability and there is nothing for us without us. The right to inclusive education is for us all. Children with disability should be given priority. It is the responsibilty of governments to ensure that all categories of children with disabilities are provided with approriate education.A human rights approach should be used as a tool for assessing the existing system of education especially in developing countres. Early Intervention and provision of assistive devices is of paramount mportance.
