The right to education is recognised by both municipal and international laws. The book examines the right to education of indigenous people with particular focus on the Batwa of Uganda. It investigates the laws governing education in Uganda, analyzing the level of its implementation as well as noting the challenges derailing the actualisation of the right to education of the Batwa child while proffering pragmatic solutions.
