The risk management and control matrix

A risk management matrix is a control and management tool that identifies the most important activities (processes and products) of a company, the type and level of risks inherent to these activities and the internal and external factors related to these risks (risk factors). It also allows to evaluate the effectiveness of an adequate management and administration of the financial risks that could impact the results and, consequently, the achievement of the company's objectives.

Laury Sáenz; nació en Panamá. Egresó de la Universidad Especializada del Contador Público Autorizado en 2012, como Contadora Pública. En 2014 obtuvo su maestría en la Universidad Latina de Panamá en Contraloría y Auditoría Gerencial. Ha sido docente en la Universidad de Panamá y actualmente se encuentra cursando un Doctorado en dicha institución.
