THE ROLE OF CEMAC DECISION-MAKERS IN CULTURE 1994-2010

The CEMAC decision-makers' cultural game 1994-2010 shows that this organization has six member states with cultural diversity. But culture takes second place to economics. Nonetheless, the decision-makers of this international sub-regional organization, in accordance with its treaty and institutions had, with a view to achieving their sub-regional integration objectives, drawn up common cultural integration strategies, and proceeded to make achievements in this field.
