This work aimed at investigating the role of Compensation on Job satisfaction at Stanley Mining Services (T) Limited in Tanzania. The sample of the study was from two categories; Management and non managerial. Three specific objectives guided the study with its research questions. However in research methodology included research design, study Ares, population of the study to mention but few. However the aspect of Motivation, working condition, Management style, communication networks etc were to be considered.

Julian Kikao was born in 1976 in Tanzania. He finished his degree in Public Administration at the University of Dar es salaam in 2004 and later joined St. Augustine University of Tanzania for an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management where he completed in 2009.
